- Price Schedule Performance Work Statement Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a(n) Request For Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisiton Circular 2019-05, Defense Federal Regulation Public Notice 20190628, and Air Force Federal Acquisition Circular 2018-0525. Due to the overseas location of this requirement, no set-aside will be used in accordance with FAR 19.000(b).
