The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-05, dated 13 August 2019 The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 334513, with size standards of 750 employees. 100% Small Business Set-Aside Intent to Sole Source This requirement is in support of the Land Based Test Sites (LBTS) and will facilitate the installation of Composite Tracking Network (CTN) antenna mast systems for future testing events. Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) increases overall Naval Air Defense capabilities by integrating sensors and weapon assets into a single, integrated, real-time network which expands the battles-pace, enhances situational awareness, increases depth of fire and enables longer intercept ranges, improving decision and reaction times. Our variant of antenna used for Line of Sight (LOS) Data Distribution System (DDS) within the CEC equipped unit is a Compact Solid State Antenna (CSSA) These items are used to mount, deploy, operate and maintain the CSSA.
