- The Department of Veteran Affairs Regional Procurement Office East/Network Contracting Office 4, VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System, University Drive C, Pittsburgh PA 15240 has a requirement for ground Ambulance Transportation Services for its veteran beneficiaries. This is a presolicitation only. Interested contractors must monitor fbo.gov for the issuance of the solicitation which will include specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement. The solicitation will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 13.5. The anticipated posting of this solicitation is on or after October 10, 2019. The applicable NAICS is 621910 with a small business size standard of $15 Million. All interested parties must be a licensed provider of ambulance services in the state of Pennsylvania by the Pennsylvania Department of Health Bureau of Emergency Medical Services at the time of quote submission. Any quote received without the required licensure will be deemed non-responsive. In addition, all interested parties must also be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database (https://sam.gov/SAM/) and complete online Representations and Certifications at (https://sam.gov/SAM/) prior to submitting a quote. If claiming veteran status, you must be verified in VIP (www.VIP.VETBIZ.gov) as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) or Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) prior to submitting a quote. This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. This is not a request for quote.
