- 19GE50-19-Q-0063 pre sol Travel Services HK Macau The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) at the American Consulate General Frankfurt hereby provides the following Pre-Solicitation Notice in respect to the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Travel Management Services for the US Consulate General in Hong Kong and Macau The Regional Procurement Support Office Frankfurt (RPSO), Germany intends to issue a Firm-Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery / Indefinite Quantity Type Contract for one base year plus four (4) separate option years during the fourth quarter of calendar year 2019. We are looking for qualified companies to propose on the requirement for travel management services at the U.S. Consulate Hong Kong and Macau, situated in Central Hong Kong. The successful contractor shall provide on-line booking services as well as on-site services. At a minimum, each Offeror shall meet the following requirements: • be technically qualified and financially responsible to perform the work; • be able to demonstrate prior experience in the travel industry, specifically in Asia, with suitable references; • have the necessary personnel, equipment and financial resources available to perform the work; • have all licenses and permits required to perform travel management services in Hong Kong (See DOSAR 652.242-73 below); and • meet all local insurance requirements; NOTE: System for Award Management (SAM) registration is mandatory to be considered for award. Offerors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements via the internet at https://www.sam.gov/portal. Qualified companies interested in the solicitation shall express their interest by written correspondence to the attention of Mr. Anthony Walker at the above e-mail address no later than September 26, 2019 using the solicitation number 19GE50-19-Q-0063 in the subject line. All requests for a copy of the solicitation MUST include the following information: Name of Firm, Name of Contact Person, Telephone and Fax Numbers, and Email Address of Point of Contact as well as the Firm's Complete Physical and Mailing Addresses. Only companies submitting a letter of interest shall receive a copy of the solicitation package/documents when available. The solicitation package will only be available in the English language. The project-related specifications will be provided electronically by e-mail only. All requirements for translations will be at the expense of the Contractor. Solicitation and award will be subject to the laws and regulations of the United States of America and the requirement is competed using full and open competition procedures.
