- Attach 2 NAVSEA SUBSAFE NOTE 5000 Attach 3 Proposal Pricing Solicitation CHROME PLATING IDIQ Attach 1 DOL Wage Determination Requirements The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF), Detachment Everett, Washington (Code 440.13) is soliciting, in support of Naval Base Kitsap Bangor Site, Silverdale, WA, for Chrome Plating Services. Work is to be accomplished at vendor facility with inspection and acceptance by the Government after work is accomplished and items are received by the Government. This solicitation includes a base year and four one-year option periods. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), single award contract to the responsible contractor on a lowest price, technically acceptable basis in accordance with, but not limited to the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13. The factors and associated sub-factors will be used to evaluate the Technical, Past Performance, and Price of any small-business Offerors with NAICS Code 332813. The Solicitation N4523A-19-R-0554 is attached. The related DOL Wage Determination requirements are located in Attachment 1. The Deputy for Small Business for this procurement is Brenda Lancaster, brenda.lancaster@navy.mil. In order to be considered technically acceptable for this contract, contractors will need to be able to obtain Submarine Safety (SUBSAFE) certification in accordance with NAVSEA NOTICE 5000 dated December 26th, 2017 (Attach 2). Firms wishing to submit a proposal should send the filled out unit pricing in the Solicitation and Attachment 3 - Proposal Pricing via email to Joseph Duncan at joseph.e.duncan@navy.mil.
