- Notice of Award Release Date: 06 September 2019 Contract Action Taken: Notification of Contract Award Contract Number: HC104719D4002 Awardee: Trace Systems, Inc., 1934 Old Gallows Road, Suite 360, Vienna, VA 22182 Contract Award Details : Trace Systems, Inc. has been awarded a single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a $998M ceiling for Mission Partner Environment Services (MPE-S). This contract provides the full-range of Mission Partner Environment (MPE)-compatible support services and associated equipment to design, implement and operate the MPE enterprise. The places of performance for support will be at Contiguous United States (CONUS) and Outside Continental United States (OCONUS) designated MPE-S support sites including the Washington, DC metro area, Fort Meade, MD, Air Force facilities (Fairfax, VA), AFRICOM (Stuttgart, Germany), CENTCOM (Tampa, FL; Kuwait; Bahrain; Afghanistan), SOUTHCOM (Miami, FL), NORTHCOM (Colorado Spring, CO), SOCOM (Tampa, FL), JCSE (Tampa, FL), and US Forces-Korea (USFK) (Youngsan AB, Osan AB, Kunsan AB, and Camp Humphries). Additional places of performance are to be determined based on customer requirements and real world events. The specific place(s) of performance will be specified in individual Task Orders. The ordering period is five years from the date of contract award. A competitive solicitation utilizing full and open competition was the basis for the single-award IDIQ contract. Proposals were solicited via the Federal Business Opportunities website and four proposals were received. At the time of award, the minimum guarantee of $500 was obligated using Fiscal Year 2019 Operations and Maintenance funding under Task Order HC104719F5003. The Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization - National Capital Region located at Fort Meade, Maryland is the contracting activity.
