- Statement of Work Synopsis: 1. NOTICE: This is not a solicitation, but rather a Sources Sought Synopsis to determine potential sources for information and planning purposes only. 1.1 The purpose of this Sources Sought is to conduct market research to determine if responsible sources exist. This will assist the Government in determining if this can be a competitive effort. The proposed North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code 334111, Electronic Computer Manufacturing. The Government will use this information to determine the best acquisition strategy for this procurement. The Government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if capable, and if they had any similar Government contracts held in the past. Capability statements are welcome and encouraged. 2. Requirement Details: The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, personnel, supervision, management, tools, equipment, transportation, materials and any other items necessary to provide a HiPatch Dispach community system (Hi-Path 4000 V6 system), remove the existing console furniture, install new console furniture and Hi-Path 4000 V6 system, conference server, controller handsets, console computers, touch screens, system testing and controller (customer) training, in accordance with this statement of work (SOW), manufacturer standards, and commercial standards and business practices. This will require prospective vendors to submit their own design as well as provide, install, and test functionality of all required furniture and electronic components. In addition, the work will be completed in a National Security Agency (NSA) certified facility, and contractors must be U.S. citizens, and possess a SECRET security clearance or higher in order to be considered for award. This requirement is being driven by Government policy and NSA regulations, which can be provided upon request. Vendors must indicate if there is a need for a site visit in their response to this synopsis in preparation to provide a quote. NOTE: All vendors must present a valid U.S. Passport with Japanese Visa to be allowed entry to Yokota AB. If not followed, access to Yokota AB will be denied. Responses to this synopsis must be submitted by September 13th, 2019, to the following individuals: SSG Paola Caceres (paola.caceresvillalba@us.af.mil). Responses must be submitted via email. Email responses may be submitted in PDF or Microsoft Word Format. Questions will be answered electronically via attachment to this sources sought synopsis. When responding, please include: 1.
