- Combined Synopsis Solicitation - Bowling Alley Maintenance Response Date: 5 September 2019 at 11:00 AM MST Solicitation No: W9124R19Q0007 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, streamlined solicitation for commercial items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. This requirement is a commercial item acquisition in accordance with FAR Part 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Request for Quotes (RFQ) are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-05, Effective 13 August 2019 and Defense Federal Regulation Supplement (DFARS), current to DPN 20190809 (Effective 09 August 2018) Edition. Offerors that fail to furnish required representation or technical information as required by Federal Acquisition Regulation provisions 52.212-1 or reject the terms and conditions of this solicitation shall be excluded from consideration. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable provisions and clauses which can be accessed in full text at www.farsite.hill.af.mil. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical Acceptability and Price. Additional information can be found within the clause. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under Solicitation Number W9124R19Q0007 which will result in a single-award hybrid, firm Fixed Price/Time & Materials contract. This action is being solicited unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code NAICS Code 713950 - "Bowling Centers," with a size standard of $7.5 Million Dollars. Quotes will be evaluated on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis and tradeoffs are not permitted. Award will be made on an all or none basis. An offeror must quote on all items in this solicitation to be eligible for award. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona is requesting quotes for the Operation maintenance and repairs of the bowling lanes for a base year with three (3) one (1) year options as follows: Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) 0001, Quantity: 12, Unit of Issue: Each, Description Maintenance and repair of bowling equipment. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary to perform maintenance of the bowling equipment, lanes and pinsetters and related equipment. All work shall be performed at U.S. Army Proving Ground, Bldg 537, Yuma, AZ in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS) See Attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement. CLIN 0002, Quantity: 1, Unit of issue: Lot, Description: Time and Materials - Emergency Services - When breakdowns occur after normal business hours, the work required to correct and repair the equipment may be determined by the Contracting Officers Representative (COR) to be emergency services. Contractor shall bill the government for only the actual cost of the repair parts. CLIN 0003, Quantity: 1, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: Contract Manpower Reporting. CLIN 1001, Quantity: 12, Unit of Issue: Each, Description Maintenance and repair of bowling equipment. Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation and supervision necessary to perform maintenance of the bowling equipment, lanes and pinsetters and related equipment. Arizona vendors are to include Arizona Privilege Tax. Shipping and taxes (if applicable) shall be incorporated into your proposed price. Payment will be made through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Delivery shall be made to USAYPG, AZ 85365-9498 with FOB Destination. All responding vendors must be actively registered with System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract. Information to register in SAM can be found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. This CSS closes on 17 September 2019 at 09:00 AM MST. Responses to the CSS shall be submitted by the closing date and time.
