The solicitation will close on or about 6 September 2019 at 2 PM CST Site Visit will be on 20 AUG 2019 at 0900 hours. See Attached Solicitation for details This solicitation is Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Site visit information will be issued with the solicitation. Scope: This is a construction project, which includes the removal, mold mitigation and installation of new building materials impacted by flooding in 2019. Impacted building materials include: drywall, insulation, electrical receptacles, building metal panels, doors, overhead doors and other miscellaneous building materials. Project also includes chip sealing site pavements, grading and landscaping. Bidders (Offerors): Please be advised of on-line registration requirement for Representations and Certifications Application is located in System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Representations and certifications are required to be updated annually as a minimum to keep information current, accurate and complete.
