Description

The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA), Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), Contracting Division, DITCO/PL8323, 1 Overcash Ave Chambersburg, PA, intends to issue a sole source award to PKWare, Inc., a large business, to provide commercial off-the-shelf brand name PKWare, Inc. software support. The period of performance will begin on October 01, 2019 through September 30, 2020. PKWare Systems, Inc. has proprietary rights to the software associated with this acquisition and has confirmed that they, as the original equipment manufacturer, are the only vendor capable of providing the support for the PKWare software. Contract award cannot be made to any contractor not enrolled in the System for Award Management. The SAM website is http://www.sam.gov. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
