Description
DLAD and Local Clauses Exhibit A SPMYM3-19-Q- 5061 Parts Kit for Receptacle Assembly JML: 92214001 This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures under the test program for commercial items found at FAR 13.5, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted to FEDBIZOPPS. The RFQ number is SPMYM3-19-Q-5061. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2019-06 Item 1 and DFARS Change Notice 20190820. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The NAICS code is 335931 and the Small Business Standard is 500 Employees. This requirement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside Place of Manufacture / Country of Origin Required. This is to be evaluated as "All or None" Evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) however, SPRS will be used to determine vendor responsibility. Potential contractors will be screened for responsibility in accordance with FAR 9.104. Quotes must be faxed to 207-438-1251 or e-mailed to robert.dowdle@navy.mil A reverse auction may be held. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: MATERIAL INFORMATION ITEM DESCRIPTION U/I QTY UNIT PRICE TOTAL 0001 Receptacle assembly, L.L. Rowe P/N 40579-222 or equivalent. Salient Characteristics: item 3 (MOD symbol 1324) of drawing 1197351 REV C but only to include item number's 6 (item 6 consists of item 12 brazed to item 9), 15, 20, 21, 23, and 45 (item 45 consists of items 24 and 30 brazed to item 18). Attach item number 7 (item 7 consists of item 15 brazed to item 6) using item 22. Ensure polarizing pin (pin is 0.092 diameter length as required, material to be NICU, QQ-N-281 CL A) is located in the top position before brazing item 12 to 9. Parts are to be assembled IAW drawing without the molded insert, cable, O-rings or polyurethane. Brazing shall be done in a manner to prevent distortion to receptacle. All areas that will contact polyurethane shall be treated with non-conductive coating (ncc) plasma spray IAW NAVSEA S9320-AM-PRO-030/MLDG volume III (Pro30) by a vendor listed in the Pro30 list of approved vendors.
