- Description
- Scope of Work Solicitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul, Minnesota District has a requirement for Mechanical Dredging Services on the Upper Mississippi River. Work will consist of, but not limited to, furnishing all plant, labor, material, and equipment necessary for dredging and transporting dredging material to a designated placement site. The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The resulting contract will be a one-year Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The estimated magnitude of the resulting IDIQ contract is between $500,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, Dredging with a size standard of $30.0 Million. This is solicited as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The bid opening date and time is 2:00pm central time on October 11, 2019.
