Description

Synopsis for Solicitation N0018919Q0184 The AIHA PAT Program and Asbestos Bulk ID Proficiency Testing Program The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, intends to solicit and negotiate, a firm-fixed price commercial procurement action for Asbestos Proficiency Lab Testing Services utilizing procedures under FAR Part 12 “ Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13.5, Test Programs for Certain Commercial Items. The acquisition department ™s small business office concurs with this determination. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541380 “ Testing Laboratories, with a size standard of 15.0 (millions of dollars). The Government intends to award a sole source contract to AIHA Proficiency Analytical Testing Programs, LLC 3141 Fairview Park Dr. Ste 777 Falls Church, VA 22042.
