- Amendment 00002 *** Note....This requirement is being solicited and awarded under the US Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District*** **** There are two (2) Amendments to this solicitation**** This proposed procurement is a Full and Open Competition (Unrestricted). Project Description: Maintenance Dredging Delaware River, Philadelphia to the Sea The proposed procurement is unrestricted, NAICS 237990 with a magnitude of construction of more than $10,000,000.00. Description of Work: Contract work will consist of maintenance dredging of the Delaware River, Philadelphia to the Sea. All dredging will be performed to the specified required depth plus 1' allowable over depth. The Maintenance dredging shall be performed as contour dredging. The contract will provide for dredging up to 25' outside the channel edge in the Delaware River. Dredging work assignment station to station Marcus Hook 117+000 to 129+000 available to 46' (650,000cy) available to 47'(800,000cy). New Castle 225+000 to 237+500 to 46' (575,000cy) and 47' (700,000cy). Deepwater Point 187+000 to 200+ 000 to 46' (800,000cy) to 47' (1,000,000cy). Base Bid Totals 2,125,000cy and 2,650,000cy. Pedricktown South and Killcohook Area #2 will be the available disposal areas for this contract. Option 1 Christiana River: dredging will be performed to the specified required depth plus 1' allowable over depth. 38'(120,000cy) to 39'(170,000cy) Option 2 Bellevue/Cherry Island: dredging will be performed to the specified required depth plus 1' allowable over depth. 46'(150,000cy) to 47'(200,000cy) Option 3 to remove obstructions from the Delaware River This solicitation will not be issued in paper.
