Solicitation Number: 12435H19Q0803 Notice Type: Special Notice Synopsis: This prospectus is being issued to solicit applications for a concession campground, day use area and cabin rental special use permit for the Chattahoochee & Oconee National Forests, USFS Region 8, located in Georgia. A permit will be issued to provide high-quality public service for the operation and maintenance of government-owned recreation facilities. One applicant will be selected for all offerings. The Chattahoochee & Oconee National Forests anticipate choosing a successful applicant(s) in December 2019, with the intention of operations beginning in time to provide services for the 2020 recreation season. The Chattahoochee & Oconee National Forests concession prospectus sites are located on the Blue Ridge and Chattooga River Ranger Districts.
