Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and Subpart 13.5, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued and is expected to result in the award of a firm-fixed price requirement type contract. The resulting award will be made on SF 1449, for commercial supplies and services. Solicitation number W91YTZ19R0182 is issued as request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05 and Defense Federal Acquisition Supplement Publication (DPN) 20190809. This acquisition is UNRESTRICTED, full and open competition under size standard 1,250 and NAICS code 325413 In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing. The Government anticipates awarding a single award for various reagents, consumable supplies and maintenance that are compatible with an existing Ortho Vision Immunohematology Analyzer. See Attachment A for the list of required reagents. Location of this requirement is Winn Army Community Hospital, Fort Stewart, Georgia 31314. This requirement is for a base period and 4 option years. All responsible Small Businesses offers may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
