SOURCES SOUGHT - DUE DATE September 30, 2019 THIS NOTICE DOES NOT REPRESENT A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE A SOLICITATION OR AWARD A CONTRACT. INFORMATION RECEIVED WILL BE USED TO DETERMINE THE AVAILABILITY OF FIRMS TECHNICALLY CAPABLE AND OTHERWISE RESPONSIBLE THAT WOULD BE INTERESTED IN SUBMITTING OFFERS FOR THIS ANTICIPATED SOLICITATION. The Lebanon Veterans Affair Medical Center (LBVAMC) is seeking sources capable of performing Design Build service to a request for proposal (RFP) for renovation of Project No. 595-11-135, Cooling Tower Replacement. The VA anticipated posting a solicitation in August 2019. The previous announcement produced no interest, and was set aside 100% for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). Therefore, the Government is conducting additional market research and seeking sources interested in this requirement with a potential for set aside for small businesses if appropriate competition exists. Interested Parties need to contact Contracting Officer, Via Email and provide current active System For Award Management (SAM) registration. Please identify project number and title in email subject line (Project No. 595-11-135, Cooling Tower Replacement). The estimated cost range for all work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. This intent of procurement be Set Aside for Small Businesses in accordance with FAR Part 19. Work to be performed under the contemplated contract will be within the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 with a size standard of $15 Million. All offerors are advised that this project may be revised or canceled at any time during the pre-solicitation
