THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT FOR INFORMATION ONLY. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. In preparation for a future procurement, the VHA Regional Procurement Office, Network Contracting Office (NCO)-16 in support of the Michael E. DeBakey VA Medical Center in Houston, Texas is performing market research to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (service disabled veteran owned small business, veteran owned small business, hub zone, 8(a), small disadvantage business, woman-owned, small business, or large business) relative to NAICS: 561720 Janitorial Services SIZE STANDARDS: $19.5M that can offer the services listed below: Performance Work Statement WINDOW CLEANING Transaction Number: 580-20-1-5090-0002 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS: The Contractor shall provide all labor, personnel, supervision, management support, equipment, supplies and materials to clean all windows (interior & exterior) two (2) times a year at the Michael E. DeBakey Veteran Affairs Medical Center located at 2002 Holcombe Boulevard, Houston, Texas 77030. There are approximately 9,811 windows to be washed. Clean shall be defined as free of dirt, dust, spots, marks, streaks, stains, smudges, debris, and other residue. Following cleaning procedures, cleaned windows shall have a uniform crystal-clear appearance and the window seals shall have a uniform clean appearance. Also, firms shall provide their business size status in accordance with the small business administration website (www.sba.gov ) for the above referenced NAICS code the vendor falls within (i.e., small businesses, 8(a) firms, HUB Zones, small disabled veteran owned businesses, etc.) This sources sought is for informational purposes only and all businesses able to provide this equipment are encouraged to submit information regardless of business size.
