This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. FA524019Q0110, 736 SFS Harris Radios, is hereby issued as a request for quotes. 3. The following solicitation document, incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. 4. This solicitation has been set aside for 100% Small Business under the 334220 NAICS Code, with a small business size standard of 1,250 Emp. 5. The government requests quotes for the following items; CLIN Description QTY Unit of Issue Unit Price Extended Price 0001 Brand Name: Harris AN/PRC-125A(V)4(C). Radios,152A 2 Meter, GPS to include delivery (See SOO-TRP attached) 15 EA TOTAL COST ------- ------ *For alternative contract line item number (CLIN) structure, please see FAR 52.204-22, Alternative Line Item Proposal (Jan 2017). 6. Delivery Address - Direct to Guam-60 days ARO 736 SFS CR Unit 14048 Bldg 23022 APO, AP 96543 7. FAR 52.212-1 Instruction of Offerors (Jan 2017) -- Commercial applies to this acquisition. 8. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation -- Commercial Items (Oct 2014) applies to this acquisition. The evaluation factors are as follows; (a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most Page 2 of 3 advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: 1) Price 2) Technical Acceptability Rating Description Acceptable Proposal clearly meets the minimum requirements of the solicitation & Specifications provided. Unacceptable Proposal does not clearly meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation. Technical Acceptability is equal to price. (b) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award 9.
