- This is a notice of intent to sole source. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) 2900 Woodcock Blvd, Atlanta, Georgia 30341-4004, intends to sole source; in accordance with FAR Part 13.501(a)(1)(ii). The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has the intent to award a sole source firm fixed price service Purchase Order to BioSense Solutions. The North American Industry Classification System code is 334516. The purpose of this procurement is to acquire the following: oCelloScope Instrument-including UniExplorer software and Support. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification to the Contract Specialist on or before 3:00PM EST on September 18, 2019. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements. All vendors/prospective contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to an award of a federal contract. All questions must be in writing and must be emailed to LeKeate Knox at yvz3@cdc.gov. Please reference 75D301-19-Q-71090 on all correspondence. Responses received will be considered for future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the CDC will proceed to sole source this requirement to BioSense Solutions. The anticipated award date is September 18, 2019.
