- 09/17/2019 This is now a Request for Offer. Please submit a proposal for the requirement of Radio Frequency (RF) Power Sensors. The quantity is 58. Please submit your best offer as this is a full and open, competitive solicitation. On your bid please specify the lead time and if shipping charges are applicable. All bids must be received electronically no later than September 24, 2019 @ 4:00 CST. Email proposal to nia.glover@faa.gov. The delivery address for estimating shipping is; 6500 S. MacArthur Blvd Oklahoma City, OK 73169. (Please see the attached Statement of Work) This market survey is to identify capable sources to provide Radio Frequency (RF) power sensors for use in the Terminal Doppler Weather Radar (TDWR) transmitter microwave assembly(See attached Statement of Work for specification) The responses to this market survey will be used for informational purposes only. This is not a screening information request or request for proposal of any kind. The FAA is not seeking or accepting proposals at this time. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to the market survey. Therefore any cost associated with the market survey submission is solely at the interested vendor's expense. This market survey is also being conducted in order to obtain the information necessary to determine whether adequate Competition exists to set-aside the Competition among small businesses, service disabled veteran-owned small businesses or 8(a) certified firms. Interested firms are required to submit the attached Business Declaration form and a copy of their SBA 8(a) certification letter, if applicable. In order to make this determination the FAA requires the following from interested vendors: 1. Capability Statement- This document should identify: Type of services provided by your firm,(address training required in attached performance work statement) Size and type of services provided by previous contract elaborate and provide detailed information and past performance), number of years in business. All responses to this market survey must be received by September 16, 2019, 4:00 PM CS. Please email to nia.glover@faa.gov.
