- Attachment 0003 - QASP Attachment 0002 - CDRL List Attachment 0001 - Price-Delivery Sheet Packaging Requirements for Solicitation PWS for Solicitation Solicitation DLA Land at Aberdeen is issuing a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a ten Year, Firm-Fixed-Price, Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Cost no Fee, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with a five year base and five one year options for the procurement of 20 NSNs (listed below) for the AN/TPQ 50 Counterfire Target Acquisition Radar System(CTARS). The National Stock Number (NSNs) (listed below), Cage Code 4GHA7, SRCTec is the 3/2 source for these items. The Government does own the complete TDP for these NSNs. The RFP will be Full and Open competition. Guaranteed minimum of $10,000, with a ceiling of $40,000,000, with an estimated award date of 28 January 2020.
