Description
SCHEDULE This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is N6890819Q0076. It is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-05. This procurement is unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this acquisition is 325412. The size standard is 1,250 employees. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov. Naval Hospital Pensacola is in need of Sterile Pharmaceuticals 1.Scope of work: The vendor shall supply and delivery on an as needed basis all sterile pharmaceuticals ordered for the Naval Hospital Pensacola Pharmacy Department. 2.Orders and Delivery a.Standard orders for commonly used sterile pharmaceuticals. Items will be ordered AS NEEDED by the pharmacy. Annual estimates are as follows: *PLEASE SEE ATTACHED SCHEDULE* b.All shipments are to be received within 7 business days of ordering and will be delivered Monday thru Friday to the Pharmacy Department Naval Hospital Pensacola. No weekend deliveries. c.All shipment costs will be at the responsibility of the contractor. 3.Products required. a.Commonly used sterile pharmaceuticals b.AB rated substitutes are authorized. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical capability of the item offered meet the Government requirement Price Past performance (b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s). (c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer's specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
