- ** DEADLINE SEPTEMBER 24, 2019, AT 4:00 PM EASTERN ** OFFERORS ARE CAUTIONED THAT QUANTITIES PROVIDED IN THE SOW ARE ESTIMATES ONLY. The Government does not guarantee that all CLINs or estimated volumes-per-CLIN will be utilized during the performance period. Therefore, all Offerors must prepare per-CLIN pricing with regard to the level of effort (ie, particular work required) stated for that CLIN. New versions for solicitation amendment 4: 1. Revised Statement of Work (SOW) - please read carefully and thoroughly to offer pricing in accordance with the level of effort in each CLIN. DO NOT USE PREVIOUS VERSIONS OF THE SOW. 2. Pricing page document added. No other changes have been made to the other attachments, to the instructions, or to the requirements for what constitutes a complete offer. Read and follow instructions. The GSA Zone 4 Fleet Management division estimates that it will receive approximately 550 vehicles to be delivered on this Acquisition Plan in FY 2020 with a like number to be turned in for reassignment or disposal by customers supported. Offerors MUST initial and return ALL pages of the solicitation with their offer. Offerors MUST be completely registered in SAM.gov with current, accurate information. This is a Service Contract and DOL Wage Rates And Benefits Per Locality apply. It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure they meet the minimum requirements of the DOL Wage Rates and Benefits.
