Dyer Road; Begin at North Main and East Dyer Road East: Barranca Parkway South: Von Karman Avenue West: I405 to 155. Northwest 155 to South Main, then north to the beginning at the intersection of North Main and E. Dyer Road Minimum Sq. Ft.(ABOA): 10,467 Maximum Sq. Ft.(ABOA): 10,990 Space Type: Office and Storage Parking Spaces (Total): 10 Parking Spaces (Surface): Meet local code Parking Spaces (Structured): 0 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 10 for Government Vehicles Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 8 years Option Term: none Additional Requirements: Space must be contiguous on one floor. The Government's space requirements include: •A small gym with shower/locker rooms for each sex •An outdoor area in which to perform physical fitness reviews three days a week prior to 8:00 a.m. •If offered space is above grade level, the elevator must accommodate a pallet-jack. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility [Architectural Barriers Act Accessibility Standards (ABAAS)], seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease.
