WFS Leak Chamber WFS Ladder Cooling Assy Supporting docs Reps and certs Terms and conditions SLAC National Accelerator Laboratory has a requirement for the following item(s) listed below. 1.) LCL5006-005605-01, QTY. 9 2.) LCL5006-005606-01, QTY. 9 3.) LCL5014-008446-00, QTY. 9 4.) LCL5014-004899-02 - FIXTURE MODIFICATION, QTY. 1 Technical Evaluation Criteria: (a) Adherence to drawings and/or documentations provided. (b) Quote complete package. (c) Prior experience delivering cleaned components for use in ultra-high vacuum. Quote is for product only no on-site services of any kind permitted. Source selection will be based on Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable. The bid closing date for this requirement is September 29, 2019 Representations & Certifications Rider is required for this purchase, please complete and return. All subcontractors are required to register in the System for Award Management (www.sam.gov). The resulting purchase order will be issued on a fixed price basis.
