- Interested parties who consider themselves qualified to perform the above-listed services are able to review a synopsis of the item that will be solicited. PR 81203909 is FOB Destination, I/A Origin. NSN (1560-01-434-6363) is a Armor, Supplemental. The solicitation is for a quantity of 1,214 each. Solicitation is being solicited as unrestricted, other than full and open. The total required delivery is 423 days ARO. The sole approved source of supply is Foster-Miller, Inc. (CAGE 30233) Part Number 50551503. This is NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is 1 November 19. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
