SOW_FOR_ARO_Database.docx This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will be issued. The combined synopsis/solicitation number is Solicitation W911NF19Q0006. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and award to a successful offeror the use of 50 license subscriptions with accompanying user and training support of database under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and Part 13. See attached Statement or Work for specifics of requirement. Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract.
