Description

Correction to original Special Notice 36C24619Q1174 The VAMC Charlotte Healthcare Clinic, 3506 West Tyvola Road, Charlotte NC 28208 intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of Axumin. This requirement is intended for award to: Petnet Solutions, Inc (Manufacturer) under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Petnet stated on 9.18.19 that they are the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of Axumin and this item can only be sole sourced directly from PETNET. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 325412. Small business size standard: 1250 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 business days of publication (on/before September 20, 2019 at 3:00PM). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
