Description: COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION W56ZTN-19-R-0012 Roll-Off Container 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. This solicitation, W56ZTN-19-R-0012, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with the Government's requirement. 3. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95, effective 13 January 2017. 4.
