This draft RFP is for the Post Shakedown Availability (PSA) execution of three DDG 51 class guided missile destroyers in the homeport of Norfolk, Virginia. This draft RFP shall not be construed as a solicitation, request for proposal, request for quote, or as an obligation on the part of the Government.
