- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District requires a contract to provide construction and design of a Dining Facility at the Aberdeen Training Facility (ATF), Fort Bragg, Cumberland County, North Carolina. The scope of work includes: Construct a standard Dining Facility of approximately 17,500 SF including permanent party modified small standard design dining facility. Deviations from the standard include removal of field feeding, drive through, and carry out areas. Project includes food preparation and cooking areas, entrance/control area, serving, dining (300 PN seating capacity), dishwashing, pot wash, administration, staff locker area, patron's restrooms, waste disposal, receiving and loading dock, cold and dry storage, information systems, fire detection, alarm, and suppression systems, and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection. Sustainability and energy enhancement measures are included. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, information systems, landscaping and signage. Heating and air conditioning will be provided by self-contained system. Comprehensive building and furnishings related interior design services are required. Access for individuals with disabilities will be provided. Cyber Security Measures will be incorporated into this project. Sustainability/Energy measures will be provided. The contract issued will be Firm Fixed Price. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 236220 - Commercial and Institutional Building Construction and the size standard is $39,500,000.00. The Magnitude of Construction of this project is between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000. This solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be available on or about October 03, 2019. The proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation when it is issued. No additional media (CD-ROM, floppy disks, faxes, etc) will be provided. Paper copies of this solicitation will not be available. Other methods of requesting a package will not be honored. This is an unrestricted solicitation.
