This amendment makes changes to the 2nd paragraph of the Statement of Work (SOW). The 1st sentence in the 2nd paragraph of the SOW is changed from: All sampling supplies and media fill will be provided by the laboratory pursuant to the contract; To Read: All sampling supplies, plates and media fill will be provided by the contractor pursuant to the ensuing contract.
