- CLAUSE-PROVISIONS RFQ 70Z041-19-Q-PFC10400 STATEMENT OF WORK RFQ 70Z041-19-Q-PFC10400 RFQ SF1449 DOCUMENT This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for providing Silicone Molded Fish Training Models, as listed in the Statement of Work (SOW). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation/Request for Quotation (RFQ), and the US Coast Guard intends to enter into a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-05, of 13 August 2019. This Request for Quotation is Set aside for Small Business, and the applicable NAICS is 333511, Industrial Mold Manufacturing, and the Size standard is 500 employees. Request for Quotation 70Z041-19-Q-PFC10400 is hereby issued as an attachment hereto to. The Anticipated Period of Performance: AS STATED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK, not to exceed 6 months from the date of contract award. Companies must have valid DUNS numbers and be registered with SYSTEMS FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) and shall provide the company Tax Information Number (TIN) with their offer. The closing date and time for receipt of quote is MONDAY SEPTEMBER 23, 2019, at 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time. Vendor shall complete blocks 30a through 30c of the attached SF-1449 document. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination CONUS (Continental US) All responsible sources may submit a quotation via email to juan.a.soto@uscg.mil, which if timely received, shall be considered by the Agency. Quotes will only be accepted by email; any quote received by USCG that is not emailed will not be considered for award. All quote emails should be addressed to the joint attention of Juan Soto, email address of juan.a.soto@uscg.mil. The RFQ shall be submitted via email in an electronic version in Word, Excel, or Adobe PDF format only. The file capability of USCG's servers is 10 megabytes (MBs). A quote that is of greater size shall be submitted in multiple transmissions, all of which must arrive by the quote submission deadline. By submission of its quote, the offeror is asserting that it understands the RFQ, the RFQ attachments, and that there are no exceptions to the RFQ or its attachments in the quote itself. This RFQ shall not be considered direction to proceed with the subject effort. This RFQ is not a promise of future direction to proceed. Offerors are solely responsible for all RFQ submission costs. All questions concerning this notice must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer via email address at juan.a.soto@uscg.mil No later than 2:00PM EST 20 September 2019.
