- RFQ Atch1 SOW 344 TRS Diesel Engine Trainers 20190111 Quote Template 20190919 Combined Synopsis / Solicitation PR # F2MTR49017AW01 344 TRS Diesel Engine Trainers This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). Submit written offers IAW CLIN structure outlined in this announcement and the quote template sheet provided. Oral offers will not be accepted. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-03 [effective 12 July 2019 (updated with Class Deviation: 2019-O0009)] and DFARS DPN 20190628 (effective 28 June 2018 edition). The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 336310, "Motor Vehicle Gasoline Engine and Engine Parts Manufacturing". The applicable size standard is 1000 employees. The PSC Code is 2815, "Diesel Engines and Components". This acquisition is being conducted under the full and open via FBO. PR No.: F2MTR49017AW01 Project Title: 344 TRS Diesel Engine Trainers Project Description: The 344th Training Squadron, Detachment 1 school house mission is requesting two fully operational diesel engine trainers with 2014 or newer models to replace two of its existing 1974-1997 diesel engine trainers. All potential offerors are reminded that compliance with the provision at FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, is mandatory.
