DESCRIPTION: This is a sources sought to determine the availability of potential sourceshaving the skills and capabilities necessary to provide/deliver/install/training for the SPECIFIED REQUIREMENT. All interested vendors are invited to provide information to contribute to this market survey/sources sought synopsis only. Questions should be submitted by email to arlene.blade@va.gov. Provide only the requested information below. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB/VOSB), Hub-zone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, woman-owned small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 334516 - Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on the FBO website. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to any future solicitation announcements. All interested offerors will have to respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement. VHA Regional Procurement Office (RPO) Central, Network Contracting Office 16, is seeking sources for the delivery and installation of a new Avantik QS12 Cryostat System or EQUAL Products for a Mohs Lab in support of the Dermatology Service at the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System. Interested parties must be able to provide all components of the Cryostat System. The following parts and support are required: The Contractor shall provide, transport, install, and test all listed equipment. All products must meet all salient characteristics defined in this section. All equipment and installation must meet manufacturers and VA specifications. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies, equipment, facilities and services required for delivery and installation of the supplies and equipment.
