- DLAD AND LOCAL CLAUSES This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found at FAR 13, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. This combined synopsis/solicitation SHALL be posted to FEDBIZOPPS. The RFQ number is SPMYM319Q3033. This solicitation documents and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through FAC 2019-04_2 and DFARS Change Notice 20190913. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The FSC Code is 5410 and the NAICS code is 332311. The Small Business Standard is 750 Employees. This requirement is being processed utilizing a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Evaluation criteria is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). PPIRS will be used to determine vendor responsibility. Potential contractors will be screened for responsibility in accordance with FAR 9.104. If you are not the manufacturer, please clearly identify who the manufacturer is. The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing: 0001: Portable Lactation Suite per the following specifications (Quantity of 1 Each): The portable lactation suite will have the following: Approximate size to be: 7'-7'6" Wide, no more than 4' deep and no more than 7'6" high Interior surfaces to be food-service grade materials Ceiling to be open for ventilation and fire sprinkler access but also covered for privacy Interior lighting and vent fans - operable and/or adjustable by switch or motion detector Casters for relocation purposes, the caster wheels must be lockable or retractable Interior to contain •· Bench style seating •· Mirror •· Electrical duplex outlet with USB capability for charging purposes only •· Fold down table/work surface Unit should draw no more than 4 amps and plug into a standard 110V outlet Door shall be lockable from the inside and the outside via standard methods (ie door knob with lock, dead bolt or similar). •· Unit shall not contain any IT software, hardware, or wireless compatible equipment. OPTION CLIN 1001: Same as CLIN 0001. To be exercisable within 365 days of award. Quantity of 1 Each. OPTION CLIN 1002: Same as CLIN 0001. To be exercisable within 365 days of award.
