- Continuation to SF1449 SF 1449 Cover Sheet Cover Letter The purpose of this fixed price contract is The Contractor shall provide following Internet Circuit Services for the U.S. Embassy in the Kingdom of Bahrain: 1. OpenNet (VPN) - One dedicated Internet channel at minimum 40,960 Kbps (40 Mbps) 2. Dedicated Internet Network (DIN) - One dedicated Internet channel at minimum 4,096 Kbps (4Mbps) 3. Internet Transport Service (ITS) - One dedicated Internet channel at minimum 102,400 Kbps (100Mbps). See the attached statement of work for more details on specification and requirements
