- Special Notice of Intent THIS IS A SPECIAL NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD: USAGM-SN-19-0004AM ACQUIRED CONTENT The United States Agency for Global Media (USAGM), Office of Contracts (CON) located at 330 Independence Ave, SW Washington, D.C. 20237, intends to award a contract on a sole source basis under FAR part 13 with Eastern Educational Television Network Inc. (doing business as American Public Television DUNS number 049408271). USAGM will be acquiring non-exclusive licensing rights on the following programs for a three-year period through September 2022: Curious Traveler (Season 3-4) Start Up (Season 5-7) Tastemakers 1-2 Travels to the Edge Articulate Keeping Score A total of 191 episodes will be obtained and the value of the contract award is $112,000.00 USD.
