Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Network Contracting Office 21 (NCO 21) intends to award a sole source, firm fixed price, for Magstim Bistim2 Transcranial magnetic stimulators and integrated peripheral components, for a firm fixed-price contract at the VA Northern California Health Care System - Mather at 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, CA 95655 to Jali Medical, Inc. The authority for applying the Simplified Procedures for Commercial Items of FAR 13.5 is 41 U.S.C. 1901 and is implemented for restricting competition on this procurement in accordance with FAR 13.106.1(b)(2) Soliciting from one responsible source. CLIN 0001 Description: BISTIM - 2 PACKAGE Item Number:3234-00 Qty: 1 CLIN 0002 Description: EMG INTERFACE MODULE (MAGSTIM UNIT TO EXTERNAL DEVICE) Item Number:3901-00 Qty: 1 NAICS: 334510/Size Standard: 1,250 Employees THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; however, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements may give written notification prior to the response due date and time. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail to demonstrate the ability to perform the requirement for the estimated period of performance (see attached RFQ for response information). Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If no responses are received, the Government will proceed with the award. The Government will not be responsible for any costs incurred by responding to this notice. Responses are due by September 26, 2019, 3:00PM (EST). Responses shall be submitted via e-mail to moneque.rodriguez@va.gov. Telephone requests or inquires will not be accepted.
