- Performance of Work Statement COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICIATION ‘COMBO': CARPET REMOVAL AND REPLACEMENT i.This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. ii.Solicitation FA4877-19-Q-0465 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). iii.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2019-06. The DFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to DPN 20190628. The AFFARS provisions and clauses are those in effect to AFAC 2018-0525. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 13.105, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. iv.This is a total small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 314110 with a small business size standard of 1,500 Employees. v.Davis Monthan Air Force Base intends to award a firm-fixed price contract for the following: CLIN 0001 - REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION OF CARPET AND COVE BASIN QTY: 1 UNIT: BD Please refer to the Justification and Approval for approved Tier I vendors for carpet procurement. Carpet selections and Statement of Work will be posted on Monday, September 20, 2019 NLT 12:00 PM Arizona Local Time. vi.Delivery of equipment shall be FOB Destination. Period of Performance is 90 days ARO. Contractor will coordinate delivery and installation through the 355 CES point of contact. vii.The government will place an order with the offeror whose quote meets lowest price and technical acceptability. Technical acceptability is defined and referred to within this solicitation document as the offeror's capability statement to meet the defined salient characteristics of the product or service. viii.Important Dates/Times (All Times are Arizona Local Time) Site visit will take place on 24 September 2019 at 9:00 AM Questions are due by 25 September 2019, 12:00 PM. (NO questions will be considered after the due date) Answers will be provided by 26 September 2019, 12:00 PM. All quotes shall be submitted by 27 September 2019, 12:00 PM. ix.It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the posting for any changes or amendments that may occur concerning this RFQ.
