- RFI Sources Sought THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. The Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) is currently conducting market research from industry. This is NOT a solicitation or pre-solicitation and this notice does not guarantee that a solicitation will be released in the future or as an obligation on the part of the MCC. At this time, no solicitation exists. The purpose of this RFI is for the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) to assess industry interest in a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to assist MCC in providing due diligence support services on gender and social inclusion and women's economic empowerment analysis in its eligible countries. Also, MCC is seeking comments to the tasks which may be taken into consideration when finalizing a final statement of work if a Request for Quote is released. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS Firms should provide a capability statement that demonstrates their capacity to perform the statement of work in MCC eligible countries and/or the region. Interested vendors should submit a tailored capability statement for this requirement, not to exceed 15 single-sided pages presented in single-space and using a 12-point font size. MCC also welcomes comments to the scope and tasks and they should be submitted in a separate MS Word document. Page one of the capability statements should include the firm's full name and address, point of contact, DUNS number, business size, socioeconomic status, if your firm holds an active GSA Schedule with the schedule number(s) as well confirmation if your firm has an active SAM registration at www.sam.gov. All Capability Statements, questions or comments sent in response to this RFI notice must be submitted electronically to tuttt@mcc.gov in MS Word, or Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF), by 5pm Eastern Standard Time, Friday, October 18, 2019. Please Note: This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. The Government reserves the right to use information provided by respondents for any purpose deemed necessary and legally appropriate. Any contractor responding to this notice should ensure that its response is complete and sufficiently detailed to allow the Government to determine the contractor's qualifications to perform the work. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information submitted. After a review of the responses received, a solicitation may be issued. However, responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation.
