- SOW RFQ CLAUSES Wages This combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services is prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; no separate written solicitation will be issued. The solicitation number is 70Z028207AB013. Applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) codes are: 562111, size standard of $38.5 This requirement is for a fixed price contract. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13. Anticipated award date: 2 days after close of solicitation, OOA 27 September 2019 Quotes are to be received no later than close of business (3 p.m.) on 27 September 2019. Via email at jessica.m.vales@uscg.mil Telephone requests of quotes, will not be accepted, a formal notice of changes (if applicable) will be issued in FEDBIZOPS (www.fbo.gov). Wage determinations: 2015-4571, Rev 9, dated 07/16/2019 SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor is required to provide trash removal for Air Station Clerwater from period of performace 01 OCT 2019 to 30 Sep 2020 as per attached SOW. See attached Scope of Work. Geographical range: Clearwater, FL Performance Period: October 1st, 2019 to September 30th, 2020. The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision and any other supplies, materials and equipment necessary to perform the services required. Site visit: Recommended Work hours: Monday through Friday, 0800 - 1500 (8 am - 3 pm) No weekends or Holidays. The following FAR provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation.
