Description

Notice of Intent to Sole Source Regional Health Contracting Office-Central, intends to award a sole source contract to Carestream Health, Inc., to provide Smart Care Complete Plan maintenance on the following equipment: DV 191 Remote CAT #1620780 5EA Max CR System CAT #1154053 1EA Max CR System CAT #1154053 1EA DRYVIEW Laser lmaQer DV5950 1EA The Carestream Health, Inc., provides certified technicians and is the only company that can offer the Smart Care Complete Plan for the equipment to be serviced. There is not another source that can provide the necessary service. The Government intends to award this contract on or about 25 September 2019. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 334510-Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing, with a size standard of 1250. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, the Contracting Officer will consider any quotation received for this service before making an award.
