Small Business Set-Aside
Total Small Business

Description
The purpose of this modification is to share questions and answers to date. 1. Q. The solicitation reference 100% small business set-aside, but does this mean a small business prime cannot include a large business subconsultant on their team? A. In accordance with FAR 52.219-14, under a Total Small Business set aside, the small business (Prime) is allowed to have large business sub-consultants. However, it is up to the small business to ensure they are performing at least 50 percent of the cost of the contract incurred for personnel with its own employee. 2. Q. Is there an official document for the MWRO MABO Multi-Disciplinary A/E CRM IDIQ? Or just the synopsis listed on FBO.gov Aug 19? A. This is the process for Architectural Services, this is the only request for SF 330's you will see. 3. Q. I am not sure if this is possible but are you able to share a list of vendors that previously, most recently held this IDIQ? A. Awardees to the current IDIQ are as follows: Mundus Bishop Design, Inc. 1525 Raleigh Street, STE 310 Denver, CO 80204 Strata Architecture, Inc. 1701 Oak Street, #100 Kansas City, MO 64108 Commonwealth Heritage Group, Inc. 3215 Central Street Dexter, MI 48130 4. Q. We are assembling a team for the NPS Midwest Region IDIQ submission. Question regarding team members: Will companies included on the team be precluded from bidding or performing on potential projects that arise from the IDIQ? Specifically, this question was posed to us by an architectural/objects conservation firm that provides both consulting and contracting services. They may elect not to participate in the IDIQ if they would be precluding from bidding on the physical conservation work. A. The company on your team will only be precluded from bidding or performance of a potential project if they worked on that specific project during the design phase. 5. Q. Rather than submitting a CD with our content on it, would a flash drive be sufficient? A. Yes a flash drive will be fine.
