- I. GENERAL INFORMATION The 156 th Contracting Office, 200 Ave. Jose A Tony Santana, Muñiz ANG, PR has a requirement to furnish Building 16 that will home our Medical Group, the Services Flight and the Dining Facility, as described in the Scope of Work (SOW)(Attachment 1). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only notice. A written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect in the Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. A Firm Fixed Priced Award will be made in accordance with the following: NAICS Code: This acquisition is being solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 337214 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. II. NATURE OF ACQUISITION: The Puerto Rico ANG has a requirement to purchase the below listed items. This procurement will be awarded under Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Quotes must be received no later than Friday 27 September 2019, 7:00 am, EST, daylight savings time. Site Visit: Due to complexity of this project a Mandatory Site Visit is scheduled on Monday, 23 September 2019 at 10:00 am, EST. All interested offerors shall attend this site visit. Please forward name, picture ID and contact information (email, phone number) to Capt Yomara Lourido at Yomara.Lourido.mil@mail.mil by 6:00pm EST on Friday, 20 September 2019, to get a day pass for before mentioned site visit. Plan to arrive 15 minutes earlier to Base Main Gate. Base address: 200 Jose A. "Tony" Santana Avenue, Carolina PR 00979. Attendance to the site visit is required and no offer will be considered for award without the schedule site visit. We suggest you carry all drawings and necessary material to take notes during the visit, as needed.
