Description

ANSWERS to RFIs SUBMITTED Current due date shows Sept 29th, which is a Sunday.   Is this correct? No. This solicitation will be extended to Monday, September 30, 2019 at 12 noon CST. Will email only submissions be acceptable or is a hard copy required? No. Please submit a hard copy and electronic copy via email or disc. If hard copies are required, Per block 12 SF1442. What is the required format for the electronic copy ? Please submit in word or pdf format. If email only submission is acceptable, block 8 SF1442 only lists a physical address. What is the email address for submission? Please read the first page, number 10 of the SF1442. "ADDITIONAL SOLICITATION REQUIREMENTS: Sealed offers in original and__1 electronic copy to perform the work required Just realized the due date on the solicitation 9-29-19 falls on a Sunday is this correct? No, this solicitation will be extended to Monday, September 30, 2019 at 12 noon CST. Would the Government please confirm that the proposal due date is Sunday, September 29, 2019 by 11 AM Eastern? The date was changed to reflect Monday, September 30, 2019 at 12 noon CST. At the site visit on 9/5/19 it was stated that there is no seed project, and page 35 of the RFP states pricing is required for all labor divisions required on the seed project. Would the Government please confirm that there is no seed project for this solicitation? This is a typo therefore; no seed project will be submitted. Please confirm that electronic proposal submission is allowed? so if hard copy is required could it be accepted on 30 Sept? Yes. The new closing date is Monday, September 30, 2019 at 12 noon CST.
