- Attachment 4: Sections L and M Attachment 3: Wage Determination 2015-4026 Rev. 11, 16 Jul 2019 Attachment 2: Bid Schedule This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Requisition Number W913E519R0014 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) with the intent to award as a simplified acquisition. The solicitation will be competed as Total Small Business Set-Aside, All responsible sources may submit a quotation. The Contractor shall be able to furnish all labor, supervision, common tools, special tooling, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation (including mileage, fuel, and travel labor charges) necessary for the inspection, testing, preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and repair as specified herein, of the standby diesel-generators and their ancillary equipment as listed in Appendix A of the attached Statement of Work (SOW) and located at the US Army Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (USACRREL) located at 72 Lyme Road, Hanover NH 03755. Pre-Proposal Site Visit: The government will host a single organized site visit at the ERDC -CRREL Hanover, NH campus on Wednesday 02 Oct 2019 at 10:00 AM eastern time. Participants will meet at Cold Regions Research Engineering Laboratory, 72 Lyme Rd Hanover, NH 03755-1290. All visitors must be U.S. Citizens with a valid state picture ID or valid state driver's license.
