schedule 1. Are there any more details or specifics about the rubble pile, Camp Blanding has a large rubble pile and if the intent is to burry mannequins deep within the rubble pile on resets then it will require larger/more equipment. -Contract should provide a fork lift for rubble pile reset. Tunnel most mannequins will be buried in tunnel systems. Some under slabs, wounded scattered about 2. Is there a requirement for a Fire Chief outside of the IC/AC package or within. -No 3. Would like to ensure that 3 Technical Rescue SME's are a separate requirement outside the IC/AC package. -Yes 4. We are providing meals for the role players, is there any more details on the daily schedule so we can forecast meals for the role players. - see attached schedule 5. On Technical Exhibit 1, 5.4 it states the contractor will provide 50 role players on 10 DEC, however Technical Exhibit 3 shows 100 role players for that day. Looking for clarification. - plan for 100 sorry for confusion. This number is for 2 different teams (HRF/CERFP) see breakdown on schedule attached 6. On Technical Exhibit 1, 5.4 it states the contractor will provide 175 role players on 11 DEC, however Technical Exhibit 3 shows 125 role players for that day. Looking for clarification. - plan for 125 sorry for confusion see scheduled attached DECON OPS: * Will FL CERFP and GA CBRN TF be conducting full operations simultaneously requiring 150 CRPs for each day joint CTE/training day? Yes see attached schedule for days that there will be simultaneous training * Will S&E and DECON Ops be conducted by FL CERFP and GA CBRN TF at separate rubble pile locations concurrently or simultaneous or tag team (RIP) on a single rubble pile for each exercise. Some days will be concurrent. On the concurrent days be prepared to have a separate site. See schedule attached. PAST EXPERIENCE/PERFORMANCE: Additional clarification needed: * Please confirm that the offeror is required to demonstrate proven past performance supporting all elements of at least 10 HRF/CERFPCTEs and EXEVALs in the past three years as a PRIME CONTRACTOR? Yes past performance of 10 HRF/CERFPCTEs and EXEVALs in the past three years as a PRIME CONTRACTOR is required * How will the government verify Past Performance references? Via what information the contractor provides. Confirmation will be made with AITEC * Will the Government clarify whether experience as a Sub-contractor will be accepted to meet past performance criteria and if so, how will the government verify the authenticity and relevance of the type and scope of work provided? Via what information the contractor provides. Confirmation will be made with AITEC MOULAGE: * Will there be any moulage support provided from the Florida NG NCOs as indicated in the PWS? If so, what amount and type of support will be provided? And for what exercise events/days? Contractor must provide shelter for moulage. Govt will provide location of setup. For all days of each exercise requiring role players * Will the government specify the number of required moulage artists provided by the contractor? However many needed for the amount of required role players required for each day * Does the government desire that separate assigned moulage teams be provided on days in which there are simultaneous FL CERFP and GA CBRN TF operations? However contractor sees fit. Based off of past experience of the contractor * Does the government desire that separate assigned Injury Coaches be provided on days in which there are simultaneous FL CERFP and GA CBRN TF operations? However contractors see fit. Based off of past experience of the contractor. SANITATION: In previous Q&A, the Government says contractor must provide sanitation. Please clarify how the government defines sanitation and provide additional details regarding what sanitation services are to be included in contractors provided quote: See answers to question below * (Does the Government mean sanitation to entail port-a-lets, hand wash stations, and or dumpsters? If so, in what quantities? Special Event Portable Restroom: 24 units: Special Event Hand Wash Station: 8 units: Service on November 4, 5, 6, 7: 4: 3 different locations * Is it the government's intention that sanitation support be provided for both soldiers and contractor civilians? If so, how many anticipated military personnel will be utilizing services? Yes. It is up to the contract how much sanitation needs to be provided for role players in addition to the above answer REAL WORLD MEDICAL: PWS states contractor will provide real world medical support stating "4 ALS supported by 4 EMT/PARAMEDIC personnel." * If the intent is to have 4separately staffed Advanced Life support ambulances on site during operational periods, each ALS is typically supported by two (2) EMT/Paramedic personnel. Can the government clarify that the number of ALS support personnel is eight (8) on days requiring 4 ALS? If 4 als requires 2 emt then 8 total * Will there be a requirement for RWMALS onsite during HRF night ops? I cannot answer this question. **Also I have added a attachment
