- Current MCEN NACCR Deployment Topology APPENDIX C: MCEN (MCDSUS) Tools Recruiting Command Projected ForeScout Deployment NACCR ForeScout Hardware Deployment PWS Reference Matrix Draft PWS Questions to industry to obtain information about C2C solution This Request for Information (RFI) initiates market research under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 and is not a solicitation or Request for Proposal (RFP). The information herein only initiates communication with industry in order to assess market capability. No solicitation document exists at this time. This RFI does not create any Government obligation to procure these items or to issue a solicitation. In addition, the Government has no obligation to pay for information responsive to this RFI and will not accept any responses as offers. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested party's expense. Contractors should mark any proprietary information clearly and appropriately. Responses will not be returned. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. Background: The United States Marine Corps (USMC) is in the process of optimizing the current tool sets that are currently being used in production. The USMC is in the process of fielding the Network Access Control, Compliance & Remediation (NACCR) solution which is integrating with 3rd party remediation tools such as System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM), Host-Based Security (HBSS)/e-Policy Orchestrator (ePO), Nitro System Information and Event Management (SIEM), Remedy/Microsoft System Center Orchestrator (SCORCH), and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), among others. Request for Information: Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC), Program Manager, Network & Infrastructure (PM N&I) is requesting responses to the following questions and feedback on the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) to better aid in the planning of a complete C2C solution. A copy of the draft PWS is provided for industry's review only; the draft PWS is subject to change and does not impose on the Government any contractual obligation. The Government anticipates the use of North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 541519 if a subsequent solicitation is issued. Instructions: Responses to the following questions should be submitted in no more than 15 pages. Feedback on the draft PWS should be submitted in attached reference matrix. Questions and requests for clarifications on this RFI may be submitted via email to Shante Atkins, shante.atkins@usmc.mil, no later than Monday, 7 October 2019 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). Answers to questions will be provided as an amendment to this RFI. Submit RFI responses to the Contract Specialist via e-mail to Shante Atkins, shante.atkins@usmc.mil, with a courtesy copy to the Contracting Officer, Brenda Edwards, brenda.edwards@usmc.mil, no later than 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time on 16 October 2019.
